Dr. E. Krishna Das holds a  doctoral degree in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam Kerala. . After working as a lecturer for a brief period in the collegiate service he switched to the field of competitive exam coaching. During the past 28 years he has worked with the leading coaching centers teaching Physics.. This include Prof.P.C.Thomas classes, Chaithanya classes and Brilliant study centre Pala. He had his own institute at Palakkad where he worked as a guide and mentor for hundreds of students helping them to fulfill their dreams. Dr. Krishna Das has participated in many seminars and delivered speeches. His long term interaction with students has given him the opportunity to understand the problems and confusion faced by majority of them in choosing the right career path. He has observed that many students choose wrong courses and careers due to parental or peer pressure. After watching their dilemma for such a long period Dr. Krishna Das decided that it is high time that he does something to help such students. Compass career path is a culmination of his experience with the students and a vision about their future interests.
